If the requested article is provided to us by the supplying library in electronic format, we will deliver the scanned document to you through your PolyU ILLiad account. We will send you an E-Document Delivery Notice through your PolyU registered email account when the requested article is ready for viewing. |

The article will be delivered to your correspondence address. At the time of dispatch, we will also send you an Article Delivery Notice by email informing you the requested article is now being sent to you by mail. |

Upon receipt of an Article Pick Up (at ILL Counter) Notice by email, please collect the article from the Interlibrary Loan Counter on Podium Floor as soon as possible. |
