The Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services provide teaching, learning and research support to the PolyU community by borrowing or obtaining literature that are not held in the Pao Yue-kong Library collections for eligible users . Before submitting your requests to us, please check the library catalogue first as we do not  process requests for items which are held at the Pao Yue-kong Library. To submit a request, you may :

• fill in an online request form through PolyU ILLiad (for staff and higher degree students only)
  
  
• obtain a request form from the Interlibrary Loan Counter on Podium Floor
  
  
• for undergraduate students, download an undergraduate request form in MS Word format 
  
  
• for staff/postgraduate students, download a staff/postgraduate request form in MS Word format
   

* Undergraduate students must submit paper request form with lecturer's endorsement at the Interlibrary Loan Counter.
